04 Mar, 2025The case of industrialists pending for almost 40 years resolved: Important decision taken under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann चंडीगढ़: पंजाब के उद्योगपतियों के लिए एक राहत की खबर आई है, क्योंकि उनका लगभग 40 वर्षों से लंबित मामला अब सुलझा लिया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान की अध्यक्षता में आज हुई कैबिनेट बैठक में एक सराहनीय निर्णय लिया गया। कैबिनेट ने निर्णय लिया कि जिन प्लॉट धारकों के प्लॉट कुल राशि के हिस्से का भुगतान न करने के कारण कानूनी रूप से उनके नाम पर हस्तांतरित नहीं किए गए थे, उन्हें अब सभी दंड माफ करते हुए, केवल 8% की समान ब्याज दर पर राशि का भुगतान करके स्वामित्व हासिल करने का अवसर दिया जाएगा। कैबिनेट के इस निर्णय से उद्योगपतियों को राहत मिली है, और उन्हें अपनी संपत्ति का कानूनी स्वामित्व प्राप्त करने में मदद मिलेगी। पंजाब सरकार के इस कदम को एक सकारात्मक पहल माना जा रहा है, जो राज्य के उद्योगों को प्रोत्साहित करेगा और आर्थिक विकास को गति देगा।
